Dubai hosts some of the world's most spectacular events — from 500-guest Arabic weddings at the Atlantis, The Palm, to intimate Iftar dinners in Jumeirah villa gardens. Yet for years, finding and booking vendors meant scrolling Instagram, chasing WhatsApp numbers, and hoping for the best.

We changed that. Our platform brings together 2,400+ verified caterers, photographers, venues, DJs, decorators, and planners — all with verified reviews, transparent pricing, and instant quote requests. No middlemen. No confusion. Just great events.

Our Story

How it all started

2021

The problem was personal

Our founders tried to plan a corporate gala for 300 guests at a Downtown Dubai rooftop. It took six weeks, 200+ WhatsApp messages, and four declined venue requests to find the right vendor combination. There had to be a better way.

2022

Building the foundation

We spent a year meeting with caterers in Deira, photographers in Jumeirah, decorators in Al Quoz, and event planners across the emirate. We mapped the ecosystem, understood vendor pain points, and built version one of our directory.

2023

First 1,000 vendors. First 3,000 events.

Word spread fast. We onboarded our first 1,000 vendors within eight months — from intimate wedding photographers charging AED 3,500 to grand ballroom venues at the InterContinental Festival City serving 800+ guests. Our first 3,000 successfully booked events followed.

2024–2026

Dubai's most trusted event marketplace

Today, eventifydubai serves clients planning everything from National Day galas at Armani Hotel to intimate Ramadan Iftar dinners on the Dubai Creek. Our 2,400+ vendors serve every budget, every culture, every occasion.
