eventifydubai was founded by two people who spent years working in Dubai's event industry and saw firsthand how much time was wasted on the wrong side of the search problem.
Layla spent 11 years as a senior event manager at DIFC-based firms, overseeing 200+ corporate events, product launches and gala dinners across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain. She experienced the vendor-search problem from both sides — as a client frustrated by unresponsive suppliers, and as someone who knew the right vendors were out there but impossible to find. She co-founded eventifydubai to fix that permanently.
Ravi led product development at two Dubai-based tech startups before co-founding eventifydubai. With a background in marketplace platforms and a personal passion for event photography (he's shot 30+ weddings in Dubai on weekends), he brings a unique perspective that bridges technology and the real-world event experience. He built the platform's verification system, search algorithm, and vendor analytics tools from scratch.
