Every number you see on Eventify Dubai is calculated using the methods on this page. If we can't prove it, we don't publish it. This page is reviewed quarterly and the date below reflects the last review.
No vendor goes live on Eventify Dubai without passing a licence and identity check. Unverified applications are rejected. Here is exactly what is checked.
Common reasons an application is rejected: expired trade licence, mismatched bank account name, incomplete documentation, a prior suspension under a different company name, or event scope outside our marketplace categories. Applicants are given a written reason and 14 days to correct and re-apply.
Vendors who complete verification display the green Verified badge. Vendors who complete 25+ bookings through Eventify Dubai with an average rating of 4.5 or higher and a dispute rate below 2% earn the gold Eventify Trusted badge, reviewed quarterly.
Eventify Dubai only displays reviews from verified clients. We do not accept paid reviews, syndicated reviews, or reviews written before the event has taken place.
48 hours after the event date passes, the client receives a one-time review link by email. The link expires after 30 days. Reviews include a 1โ5 star rating, free-text feedback, and optional category breakdowns (communication, value, quality, on-time delivery). Clients can attach up to three photos, subject to moderation.
Aggregate rating stars appear on a vendor's profile and in Google search results only after the vendor has received at least five verified reviews. This is stricter than Google's minimum but matches our commitment to not publishing stars that aren't meaningful to buyers.
Every number on our homepage and marketing pages is sourced from the calculations below. Numbers are updated quarterly and rounded down to the nearest 100 for clarity.
The number of vendors with an active subscription and a currently-valid UAE trade licence at the start of the calendar quarter. We round down to the nearest 100. Figures exclude suspended, expired, and pending-verification accounts.
Cumulative count of bookings marked "event completed" by the vendor and not disputed by the client since platform launch in 2019. Includes bookings across all vendor categories and all four emirates we serve.
Share of post-event client surveys (last twelve rolling months) answering "yes" to "Would you book through Eventify Dubai again?". Surveys are sent 48 hours after the event; response rate is approximately 41% and we weight by category to avoid over-representation.
Mean star rating across all vendor profiles with at least five verified reviews. Calculated at the start of each quarter. The site-wide figure is not published as a schema AggregateRating โ only individual vendor ratings carry schema once they meet the five-review threshold.
We don't publish vendor revenue, individual booking values, or private client details. Aggregate pricing ranges in AED are published per category and refreshed annually based on the median and interquartile range of real completed bookings.

Eventify Dubai operates under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Clients and vendors can request a copy of their data, correction of data, or deletion of their account by emailing our data protection contact via /privacy. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days.
