1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to eventifydubai.com ("eventifydubai", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and eventifydubai governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, browsing the Platform, requesting quotes, or engaging with any vendor services through our Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

2. Platform Overview

eventifydubai is an online marketplace connecting clients planning events in the UAE with verified local event service vendors. Our Platform serves both:

• Clients — individuals and businesses searching for, comparing, and booking event vendors for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other occasions across Dubai and the wider UAE.
• Vendors — professional event service providers including venues, caterers, photographers, DJs, decorators, entertainers, AV companies, and event planners who list their services on our Platform.

eventifydubai acts as an intermediary marketplace. We do not directly provide event services. All service contracts are between the client and the vendor. We facilitate discovery, communication, and in certain cases, payment processing.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features — including requesting quotes, saving favourites, or listing services — you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at our contact page if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. eventifydubai will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual or business entity may maintain only one active client account. Vendors may maintain one vendor account per business entity. Creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts is prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

4. Client Terms

4.1 Browsing and Enquiries

Clients may browse vendor listings, view portfolios, read reviews, and submit quote requests free of charge. Submitting a quote request does not create a binding commitment to book or pay.

4.2 Accuracy of Event Information

When submitting quote requests or booking services, clients must provide accurate information including event date, location, approximate guest count, and budget range. Providing false or misleading information may result in quote inaccuracies, additional charges, or cancellation of bookings.

4.3 Direct Communication

Clients may communicate directly with vendors through our Platform messaging system to discuss requirements, negotiate pricing, and confirm bookings. All communications should remain professional and respectful.

4.Reviews and Feedback

After an event, clients are encouraged to leave honest reviews of vendor services. Reviews must be based on genuine first-hand experience, must not contain false statements, and must comply with our Trust & Safety guidelines.

5. Vendor Terms (Summary)

Vendors using our Platform are subject to additional Vendor Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. Key obligations include:

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date listings including pricing, availability, and service descriptions
• Responding to quote requests within 48 hours during business days
• Honouring confirmed bookings and agreed pricing
• Maintaining all required UAE business licences and professional certifications
• Complying with UAE consumer protection laws and hospitality regulations

6. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

6.1 Booking Process

A booking is confirmed when: (a) the client and vendor have agreed to the scope, price, and date; (b) any required deposit has been paid; and (c) both parties have received written confirmation via the Platform or direct agreement. eventifydubai may facilitate payment processing but is not a party to the service contract.

6.2 Pricing in AED

All prices displayed on our Platform are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices shown in vendor listings are indicative starting prices. Final pricing is agreed between client and vendor and may vary based on event-specific requirements.

6.3 Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by vendor and are set out in the individual service agreement between client and vendor. eventifydubai is not responsible for enforcing cancellation policies, refunds, or disputes arising from cancellations. We recommend clients review each vendor's cancellation policy before confirming a booking.

6.4 Disputes Between Clients and Vendors

In the event of a dispute, we encourage both parties to resolve matters directly. eventifydubai may provide mediation support at our discretion but is not obligated to adjudicate disputes. For serious complaints, please use our contact form.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, reviews, or information
• Circumvent the Platform by taking vendor relationships offline to avoid Platform fees (as applicable)
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or vendors
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to access or interact with the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Impersonate any person, business, or organisation
• Violate any applicable UAE laws, regulations, or professional standards

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, removal of listings, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant UAE authorities.

8. User-Generated Content

8.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (photos, descriptions, reviews, messages). By submitting content, you grant eventifydubai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

8.2 Content Standards

All content submitted must be accurate, lawful, and must not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or in violation of UAE law will be removed and may result in account termination.

8.Reviews Integrity

eventifydubai takes review integrity seriously. Fake reviews — whether positive or negative — are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove reviews that we reasonably believe are fabricated or in violation of our Trust & Safety policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The eventifydubai name, logo, website design, and all original content created by eventifydubai (excluding user-submitted content) are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of eventifydubai. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. eventifydubai does not warrant that: (a) vendor listings are accurate or current; (b) the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; (c) any vendor will fulfil its obligations to clients; or (d) results obtained from the Platform will meet your expectations.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, eventifydubai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Platform or from the acts or omissions of any vendor.

10.Vendor Liability

eventifydubai is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by vendors. Each vendor is an independent business operating under their own UAE trade licence. Clients engage vendors at their own risk, subject to the review and verification information provided on the Platform.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) before resorting to litigation.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or Platform features. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
